I am Silvia Pretato, a make-up artist and hairstylist specialising in bridal beauty. I create elegant, romantic and timeless make-up and hairstyles for women who want to feel enhanced, confident and deeply themselves.
My work is not about transforming a face, but about accompanying every woman as she recognises a more luminous, polished and authentic version of herself.

On your wedding day, the professional you entrust yourself to does far more than apply make-up and style your hair. She will be one of the last people by your side before you say yes. That is why I believe your choice should not depend only on budget, proximity or style, but also on chemistry, empathy and the feeling that you can truly trust her. In that moment you should not have to worry about anything. You should be able to let go, breathe, feel moved and live your preparations with serenity. My wish is to accompany you exactly like that: with calm, gentleness and presence, creating a moment in which you feel welcomed, listened to and safe.
Because even if we will meet only a few times, I know that moment will stay in your memories forever.

Where it began
How my journey
in make-up
began
Make-up entered my life very early. As a child, I would watch my mum do her make-up every morning, like a small daily ritual. For her it was not just a habit, but a natural way of taking care of herself. My dad, too, worked for a company that produces displays for the cosmetics industry, and he often brought products and samples home. Without realising it, that world began to feel familiar.
In middle school I turned to make-up out of necessity, during a time when acne made me feel less confident. Then, little by little, that need turned into curiosity, passion and a desire to truly understand what make-up could do for a person. Not only aesthetically, but emotionally. Because make-up can change the way you look at yourself in the mirror. It can help you feel more present, more confident, more yourself.
My path
From passion to profession
Before arriving here I took several different paths. I studied architecture, and I worked in retail, in a perfumery and in the family business. Each experience left me something: an eye for aesthetics, precision, the ability to listen, genuine relationships with clients, care for image and a sense of detail. During my years in the perfumery I realised how much I loved helping women choose what made them feel better. I was not interested in simply selling a product: I wanted to understand their face, their doubts, their style, the way they wished to see themselves.
When I attended make-up academy, I made myself a promise: this would not be yet another thing started and left half-finished. I wanted to build something that truly made sense to me.
From there I kept training and studying, deepening not only make-up but also face shapes, hairstyling, colour analysis, cosmetology, photography and visual communication. Because I believe a professional should not simply execute a technique. She must know how to observe, understand and create harmony.
My idea of beauty
To me, beauty is not a mask.
I believe in an aesthetic built on balance, measure and authenticity. Every face already has its own harmony: my work is to enhance it with respect, creating a result that truly feels yours. Every bride is different, which is why I always begin by listening.
I want to understand who you are, how you want to feel and the image you desire for your day. From there we build an elegant, coherent bridal look that truly represents you. My goal is for you to arrive at your wedding with one certainty: knowing you can let go and simply trust.
